- Timeline: 6-8 weeks from PO to go-live. Timeline assumes timely feedback and site readiness from Sumip.
- Warranty: 1 year hardware and software warranty included.
- AMC: Annual Maintenance Contract available from Year 2 onwards.
- Payment: 30% advance with PO, 40% on hardware delivery, 30% on go-live acceptance.
- Validity: This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
